The real you is the universe

The essence of any person, the “real I”, is the Universe the person lives in. There is no separation of the I and the Universe. That is how I understand the Advaita philoshophy. The message of the I has been beautifully woven with a sound track in this video.

If you did not know, Alan Watts was a writer, philospher and speaker who wrote more than 25 books and spoke to many audiences on some of the underlying principles of Buddhism and Hinduism.
